Hi there.
I've just burned an SVCD wich had this settings (for burning, the cue file):
FILE "XXXXXXXX.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
TRACK 02 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:06:00
Now when I tried the CD in my DVD-rom, and started WinDVD, the program didn't recognize the disc as an SVCD, it didn't open the disc (normally does that with SVCD's). Also the disc is very, very slow. There is a way to play the disc, thats just opening (directly) the .mpg file from the disc into WinDVD, but it doesn't play correct.
Now I checked some .cue files from other SVCD's, that did burn correct, and I found out that those sVCD's had diffrent Mode Numbers (can't find the right word for this)
Check it out:
FILE "XXXXXXX-2.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2336 <-----
INDEX 01 00:00:00
TRACK 02 MODE2/2336 <-----
INDEX 00 00:08:00
INDEX 01 00:10:00
Notice that this one has 2336 sectors instead of 2352 on the failing disc. Is this normal, can it happen, or should I change the sectors in the .cue file of the first (failing) disc and hope it'll burn correctly this time.
Hope someone can help, thanks in advance !
edit
Don't look at the times of the tracks, the 2nd .cue file didn't go in here completely, the total has 8 tracks.
