    i was triyng to encode a xvid to Dvd


    the time to mee to wait as 8 hours


    is this normal?????????????

    when im converting any thing to mpeg to put on a dvd it takes 8 hrs for a variable bit rate then i have to make and image then burn it so all in all about 9-10 hrs for a finnished dvd qucker if i use ulead but the lip sync is not always perfect so i convert to mpg extrenally then author the dvd in ulead (i like making my menus!)
