No sound in TMPGEnc

I use Smart Ripper and then DVD2AVI software and things go well. However, when I start TMPGEnc it finds the Video file but no audio file is there.

I have managed to do a few films but there is this one film that it is happening on.

If I select all files in the audio section it finds a file but it jumps.

Please can somebody help.

You can not select all audio tracks in dvd2avi, only one. Select the audio track you need and you will get a .wav file with one language from start to end.
If you play the .vobs with windvd or another software player, different .vob files can played back with different audio tracks, but keep in mind, that the .vobs still contain all audio tracks. So select the right one in dvd2avi and go ahead.
