Spruce up

I was reading through the forums about Spruce up and did a google search on the program. Guess What? I found the program that you can still download. I dont know if I can post the link but surfice it to say using google will give you the link that I found. It is version 1.10.6 I belive. It is still available. If the moderator lets me I will post the link.

it's still available for download (I know Afterdawn has a link to it) but you can't register it any more - the company got bought out by Apple, and they are letting SpruceUp die.

now, to post or link to any way of registering it - that would cause a moderator to have a problem.

You can still register SpruceUp.

I recently bought an unused legit SpruceUp CD on ebay for $100. Knowing that SpruceUp was bought out some time ago, I didn't think that I would be able to get a key from the SpruceUp site. But during installation, I clicked on the registration button and my browser opened to the SpurceUp registration site. I enterred my cd's registration/serial number and the site gave me a valid key.

I guess SpruceUp/Apple still wants to give valid keys to owners so they don't have to resort to getting a key from other sources.

I guess then my post should be amended to "you can't register the downloaded version".
