    I have want to make a vcd or svcd, and my source video is 720x480 MPEG-2 with a 1.85.1 widescreen. I want to remove the black widescreen bars, but keep the picture from being stretched. I use TMPEG, what settings should I put in? Source Aspect Ratio? Video Arrange Method?

    keep source ratio as 16:9 but set the Vid Arrange Method box to "No Margin (keep aspect ratio)

    try that.
