I really searched too much in the forum and in the main website, the only thing which i found to end my problem was using avi2wav programm to extract the sound as wav , I did that exactly after I posted my Topic , then I found your tipps , which say to chick the avi file using Virtualdub , I will follow now this thing to chick if there is any bad frame or something like that ..
    Thanks

did you check the video you made in media player for the audio stats to see if is there? what format did you feed to TMPGENC for the video, was it wav?
In tmpgenc you have to tell the program where toolame is on your computer for it to convert the audio to mp2, if you didnt then it will use its in-built engine for conversion.
Best way is to remove the audio as mentioned earlier as wav file in vitualdub, then download toolame and toolame GUI place then in the same folder and run toolame gui, if you want SVCD then check (224 bps audio) for output.
then multiplex using TMPGENC mpeg tools (file-mpeg tools-multiplex) and add both video and audio, select SVCD from the drop down box (or look on this site for info on the svcd header trick. This can fool DVD players into thinking your video is a VCD and will play your SVCD (in SVCD quality) even when your DVD player wont support SVCD´s
I´ve done the above lots of times and has always worked well.

Good Luck, You wont need it.
