    Can you make chapters on a (S)VCD using Nero or is there any other (burning) program that can do it, im using Nero 5.5.10.20

    As far as I know, the answer is no. But I haven't used Nero to burn S/VCD for quite sometime. I don't know newer versions of Nero.

    The best S/VCD authoring/burning tool is VCDEasy. It can do everything.

    you can use vcdeasy on the left <<<< under tools, it will make chapters, menus, and burn,
    and its free
