i encoded a movie that is 1h15m to DVD 2-pass vbr. bitrate calc said 7886 (calculated) 9346 (max). i encoded and just my .m2v file was 4.9 GB. any ideas of what i'm doing wrong?

Hm, my calculator told me 7679 kbits/sec with 1 Audio-Track (448 kBit/s). Do you have more than one audio-track?
