Help unzipping something

OK, Im used to seeing files like this to unrar or unzip...

file.r00
file.r01
file.r02.....
file.rar

however, i have some files this time that are like this

file.000
file.001
file.002.....
file.043

HOW do i unrar or unzip those files??

if the number starts with 00 or 000 you need to start with .rar(01 or 001 start with that one)
000 or 001 just means that there are over a hundred parts.

Uh...you know I was kidding, right? I was groggy and saw the subject "Help unzipping something" and thought of something silly...like going up to someone in a computer lab and saying, "I need help unzipping something..." I would never imagine that your subject violated any rules. I just need more sleep, or the gift of being funny.

Anyway, sorry for going OT again
