    how do i replace an audio in a divx with another audio file?

    use Virtualdub - load your divx, then under Audio, select WAV Audio and select the audio file you want to use instead of the regular audio.

    Then Save As a new file.

    the audio is avi format i don't think i can use this with virtual dub
