  1. i still seem to get audio sync problem even though i seperated audio as Wave using virtualDub and encoded using TMPGEnc as per as the guide on it.

    and yes it gave me that error about something about vbr thing while opening it in vitual dub for audio sepration

    can any one plze help me

    the problem is as follow

    i have this downloaded movie 701mb file which i want to convert to vcd or svcd, so i used the divx to vcd guide available in the " HOW TO" section
    to avoid the audio sync problem i sepereated the audio to wav using VirtualDub, i still seem to get a video before audio problem

    forgot to tell u that when i opened the divx file in VirtualDUb this window came up about detecting a improper vbr audio encoding and ........

  4. is the audio sync problem on the avi? have you deleted the bad frames?

    To create a wav file when you get a VBR warning, or if the audio is AC3, use Goldwave. Load the Avi, save, that's it.
