    HELP i cant even do anything in the program with out errors and i havent changed anything i even re installed in new folder etc. i even went to the extreems of re installing windows. I get memory low when opening stream and numerus errors in ntdll.dll HELP are there any other program that will let me encode VBR Mpg as easy as this will??? or does anyone know how to fix this

    What are your PC specs ? also, there are plenty of other encoders out there!
    for example DVDx can encode, and MainConcept has a great quality encoder

    Sorted it now something to do with the xvid codece the video was using just used virtualdub to fast recompress to make it divx and then its fine it just makes the whole process and hou longer but i dont mind. i couldnt see my computer being a problem AMD 1333 1024 ddr 2700 memory and 160GB hard drives
