They look identical to me -- and I have yet to see both in the same store, which makes me wonder if they're actually identical.
The Panasonic web site says the S31 doesn't play WMA files, which it says the S35 does, but WMA-playing capability IS listed on the S31 box.
Does anyone know what if anything differentiates the two? Thanks.
