i jus dl'd a movie from OVERNET that is a "bin" file. i was jus wonderin how do i watch it b/c i tried it in windows media player, radlight and it doesn't open? help...

The "CUE/BIN" image is a disc image. It isn't a video file. You are meant to burn it to a disc.
If you want to be able to browse the contents of the disc image, I suggest that you get Daemon Tools and mount the image as a virtual CD.

You can burn CUE/BIN images with CDRDAO (VCDEasy) / CDRWin and Nero.
With Nero, select "burn image" and select the CUE file.
If you only have the bin file but not the cue file, then you can regenerate the cue file by using the CUE/BIN regenerator function in GNU VCDImager Tools GUI.
