i do a heap of encoding to mpeg2 and mpeg4 once a year (above my normal use of DivX)
normally i have found encoding TMPEG to be quite fast, faster then a 2-pass in VD of DivX
these are ~50mins films.
as time goes my system gets faster
but this time round encoding a 44min film in TMPEG (from a 10gig mjpeg (19)) its taking 25hours to do![]()
anyone have a clue ??
maybe i changed an option, but i dont htink i did anyhting different
just started trying mjpeg (over huffy) for when space is short, and first time encoding TMPEC from mjpeg, could this be the difference ??
thanx![]()
