Removing Chapter Points or Section of Movie within VOB File

I have searched for an easy way to remove an extra segment of the movie or at least remove the chapter points for it but haven't found any advice yet.

Can anyone help. I can see the chapter points in IFOEdit but want to remove them. Or if I can remove the extra part of the movie from the VOB file without having to re-encode that would be great too. Have tried TMPEnc to cut the part out but it recreates the VOB file which renders it unreadable from IFOEdit (different from the original VOB file somehow?).
