    I have captured the Vedio from SONY Digital Vedio Camcorder to a WMV file using Windows Movie Maker. I want to create VCD using that. Which is the software I need to use to convert the WMA file to MPEG-1 file.

    Try using TMPGEnc. After loading, select Browse, then under file types, select Files of type. You should be able to find and select your video file and load it then.
