I'm trying to playback Divx mpeg 4 version 3 AVI's and I'm having problems. The video plays back fine in my divx player, and it plays fine in Virtual Dub, but when I try to play it in Windows Media Player, or try playing it in TMPGenc, which is what I need because I want to convert these files to VCD compliant movies, the video is distorted in a way that the left side of the video is on the right side and the right half is on the left side and the picture is completely slanted. I have the codecs as far as I know, and this is one bizarre problem. Would appreciate any help. Thanks
