    what s the best format to capture video and what resolution if i want to make a dvd from it and what program to use to create the dvd?

    uncompressed AVI at 720x480 resolution with scenarist.

    realistic answer:

    AVI with pegasus codec set at 18 at 640x480 resolution, using CCE to convert to 352x480 mpeg at 5000kbit 48mhz audio and using Movie Factory 2 to put on DVD.
