  1. Any ideas how to accomplish this? The idea is basically the same as with the SW EP1 and EP2 dvd's, to have many different firstplays/menus that the player/softwaredvd can choose from.

  2. I don't have Maestro or the manual in front of me right now, but you can do it with the Commands. I remember that one of the options is to generate a random number in a certain range.

    Then you just have to create a command structure that first runs a random number generation, and then looks at that number and calls a specific movie or menu based on the value of GP0.

    I know that doesn't answer it fully, but it is the best I can do without looking at it. Go in to the commands and explore, or someone else might post.

    Yes, it's possible in Maestro. I've done it before.

    You can also do a weighted semi-random play, what I like to call the "Lucky Contestant". Same show or range of shows play everytime except once in a blue moon "special" footage will show up.

    I'm not at work so I can't show an example right now, but I'll try tomorrow.
