If you want a boring old slideshow of photos that just sit on the screen, disolve and then load the next one, Ulead or any of those types of programs are fine I guess, but if you want something with some punch with panning and zooming effects and real control of a backing soundtrack along with other special effects or PIP type displays, use a real video program like Vegas Video 4. It truly rocks and the results are superb. Also, the Main concept Encoder seems much improved now, as good as TMPGenc.
