Band Of Brothers Region 1 Nightmare

Please can someone let me know how to backup my Band Of Brothers discs. I am using DvD Encryptor then DVD 2 one, but I am left with 2 film files for the 2 episodes in DVD2One. How do I get them both on 1 DVD-R and to play in the correct order. Burning with Nero or Record NowMax after.

try DVDShrink Full DVD copy (reencode mode).. I have the Band of brother collection (awersome series btw) and did 1 Test with the first DVD to try.. it worked in Power DVD, can't tell about stanalone DVD (dont have my burner yet)
