Need to find a guide or instructions for A04 firmware upgrad

I'l like to upgrade from 1.20 fw to 1.31PRC1 2xAll. Don't seem to be able to find a guide or instructions anywhere. I've checked even the Pioneer web site. They show an alternate guide but their pdf file for some reason seems to be empty. Any ideas where I can find the instructions. This would be my first time and I don't want to take any chances. Thanks.

This is where I began... I seem to remember just double clicking on the file to upgrade to 1.31, but its been months. Good luck!

one thing to note, if your machine is a HP or Compaq (samething really) you will need to go to the HP web site and download a patch as the Pioneer firmware upgrade fails !! Trust me... i know.
