How do I resize an AVIs resolution (smaller)

I want to send somebody a video clip, of a capture I did in DV AVI at 720X480.

I'd like to go to 372x240 or something like that.

I will also need to compress it with DIVX, either after or during the resize.

I kind of figure I will use Virtualdub to do this, but I can't seem to find anything about resizing, only compression.

Choose Video->Filters->Add->Resize, change to 352x240 with precise bicubic.
