DVD2ONE

Has anyone had any problems using dvd2one with E.T
this film does not seem to compress (transcode) enough to fit onto a single dvd 4.7.
Especially trying to get full film ,menus etc.
or are there any other films which seem to do this .

have you tried using dvd shrink?

i have downloaded it but not yet tried it .
I have had no problems using dvd2one as yet.
Was showing my cousin last night how to convert from 9 to 5
and dvd 2one had finished transcoding and when he went to burn using vob instantdisc ...would no allow him to write ,not enough free sectors .
i have not had this problem ,would have borrowed the dvd if it had not been a rental ,and given it a go on my computer.
have you heard of this limitation in dvd2one before.
I will give dvd shrink ago if i come across this problem again .
I have a few different tools for the job and will just experiment if the need arises ...Thanks anyway.
