  1. I've been running InstantCopy quite happily for a few weeks now - until tonight. I got one disc completed OK but when I came to do the next, I get the following error:

"The owner SID on a per-user subscription doesn't exist (80040207)"

Nothing on the system has changed this evening. It's literally a case of working one minute, gone the next and now I can't process and discs at all.

I'll try clearing it out and reinstalling but I'm getting really fed up with this app.

    Any suggestions?

    Is this any use?

Using Instant Copy, I get the error "The owner SID on a per-user subscriptiion" during conversion/preview

Please restart you computer and avoid any overlay, crated by an DVD-player, Mediaplayer, or TV-Application ...
You can also try changing your diplay colordepth to 32 bit color.

This has to do with your graphics card being unable to display an overlay. You should be able to fix it by downloading the 7.01 patch here:
    http://www.pinnaclesys.com/docsupport1.asp?division_id=1&langue_id=2&product_id=1153&p...opy&page_id=62

If that does not work, go to your graphics card manufacturers webpage and download the newest driver available for your particular card.

  3. Thanks Zippy, but their explanation doesn't seem to apply here.

I run my Matrox card in 24-bit colour depth, always have, always will. IC hasn't complained about this until tonight and nothing on the system has changed. Changing to 32-bit doesn't make any difference.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, installed the 7.02 patch, but I still get that damn error.
