  1. hi,

have an ntsc dvd want to make an ntsc svcd
    I have done as follows:

smart ripper( with dvd decrypter the finished encoded product on this particular dvd is minutes out of sync) used to rip dvd.
dvd2avi used to to get .d2v file(tried with forced film and without)
besweet to get mp2 or wav file
TMPEG to encode video and join video and audio.(and have tried encoding these together.. also tried both 23.976 and 29fps)
yet I still get a slight gradual audio sync problem; Its to about 30 mins in and start fuckin' with me drifting in and out of sync slighty.. I mean maybe it stays out of sync and is just more noticable in certain scenes. I dunno.. I've tried most thing but my god this ones a weird one...The weirdest thing is when I first ripped and encoded it was massively out of sync, we are talking at least 3 mins I corrected that as best I could, but then it drifted out of sync anyway. After I ripped it again, the audio was not minutes out, as was the case with the previously rippingyet I got this slight grdual out of sync that I explained earlier... Since then I've tried ripping it again and again. I get the same results as I did the very first time I ripped it minutes out of sync... it kind of lucky I saved the slightly out of sync tmpeg projects and files 'cause I can just work with them now and figure out the one problem, instead of two..

also I've tried changing the fps of the audio in besweet...no deal

    I'm on win2k btw

  2. Using "Use internal routines" in DVD2SVCD should fix that problem (DVD Ripping tab I think)
