wasnt sure where to post this, as a psx game isnt exactly dvd but... anyway, i was just wondering if its possible to rip the full motion video cut-scenes from a psx game, and then of course make a vcd or svcd with them. i would really like to watch the fmvs anytime i wanted on my stand alone dvd player.

As far as ripping its easy, just copy the file from the disk to your computer. Its no different than any other cd.
There are numerous programs that can convert str to avi, which in turn you can then convert to vcd or svcd. Just do a web search, the amount of web pages on this stuff is endless.
