Backup long DVD movies

Does anyone have a quide for CCE? I found a pdf that refers to using dvd2avi,vfapi Reader, etc. It had some confusing lanquage at the end about running a batch file of some sort.

I have tried using several methods to BU Independence Day without success. DVDshrink crashes, the avi files created by dvd2avi and smartripper wont be parsed in Maestro. I'm ready to try CCE.

I've only been doing this for a week, so be gentle.

I'm working on polishing my DoCCE4U/CCE/DVD Maestro guide. I am trying to get it to the point where someone that has never done this before would be able to comprehend it, in spite of the great attention to detail I provide.
