Ritek 4X from Mertaline.com or Rima.com?

I need to reup on my DVD-Rs soon. Two questions, are the quality of the Ritek 4X DVD-Rs the same in both stores or should I order from one over the other? Also, is Ritek it still or should I try Samsung Beall?

Both r Ritek G04, same thing. BeAll appears better media than Ritek G03. But Its not 4x.

I say "yuck" on Ritek discs. 1x 2x 4x. Great big yuck. I sent my last batch back for a refund.

I still get best results with the 2x Apple discs.

Never tried BeAll or whatever you said. I'd give those a shot. Buy small. Only buy big when you know what works.

The new Princo 4x discs would be good if they were white-topped too.

IMHO, the BeAll disks hit that price/quality sweet spot. Fantastic quality and compatibility, if you have a Sony DRU500 they burn @ 2X. Can't really complain about name-brand high quality media at less than a $1.60 in quantity.

I'm getting some samples of white-topped DupEZ media from Rima, rumor has it they are made by Sony.

I just ordered a 100 pack of 4X Ritek from Meritline.com I would of ordered the Samsung's but there's no way I can sit there for 1/2 hour and wait for a DVD to get finished.

I too thought this but was I wrong. I ordered a 10 pack first to test and of the 10, 6 were Sony and 4 were LD.

I order Ritek's from Rima.com and have had no problems at all with this media or with rima.com.

I'm on my thrid stack of 100 Ritex 4x and I have yet to have a bad one plus they burn at 4x just fine in my Pioneer 105 and Sony.
