    hi

    i've been converting mp3s with besweet to ac3 for use in dvds. the problem is that the ac3 files have crakles and pops while the mp3 files didnt have these problems.

    by the way i used the guide from this site for besweet.

    I Guess that samples are clipped!!! Maybe you should turn off BOOST???
    and use normalize instead...

    if you go from mp3 to wav and then from wav to ac3 these problems should be sorted.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
    VOB2MPG PRO, Extract mpegs from your DVDs - with you in control!
