Keeping Scene Selction

Is it possible to keep the secene slection when converting DVD9 to DVD5. I like just movie only with no other extra features. I just want the option of keeping the scene selection. Normally there are other options on the main menu screen. I want to get rid of those so the won't show up.

If possible, what app do I use?

DVDShrink make this I think. You need to keep Extra, but you can compress them to a slideshow (file size is very small after this)

Maybe the answer is not here but I definitely seen a way using ifoedit at doom9's ifoedit forum.
