I have a video file in MKV format and I want to put it on BluRay. I have Extracted the Audio and Video Files and put them into TSMuxer to create a Bluray ISO. But when played back the video is vertically stretched. The original MKV and extracted video file play at the correct ratio with borders but after Muxing the image is stretched. Any ideas? I've tried the AR setting in TSMuxer but none of them make any difference.

  2. Probably your MKV is not 16:9 , it's probably wider and cropped. (e.g. 2.35:1 might be 1920x800 or something close to that). You can check with mediainfo.

BD doesn't support those resolutions. You would need to add borders to full frame 1920x1080 and re-encode

You can try uncropMKV to make it compliant.
