    After not using SVCD2DVD for a while, during which time I installed 5 or 6 things, I get

    The instruction at "0x1d1c3f31" referenced memory at "0x0834ffa1". The memory could not be "read".

    I rebooted the system, and it still did it, so I upgraded to v2.02146 and it still does it.

    How would I go about tracking what SVCD2DVD is depending on that
    has changed. (I do have VC++ on the machine).

    Thanks,

    I would suggest a reinstall of .Net 1.1 and .Net 1.1 SP1 in the first instance to see if that sorts it.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    CAn you also reinstall SVCD2DVD now that the framework is updated?

    Still has the problem. But, let me give a little more info. I'm on XP Pro, and yon "memory can't be read" doesn't seem to be in an important part of the program, since, if I leave the error message-box open, SVCD2DVD does run and produces good DVD's for all the various inputs I've given it. It's just not aesthetically pleasing to have to let it run that way.
