    sysanin. Не переживайте, streamlink пишет тоже самое. Поток зашифрован: EXT-X-KEY:METHOD=KOOLEARN-ET.
    Не взять его. Вы писали про проблемы со Streamlink. Это какой-то конфликт с ОС. Я беру с оффициальной страницы.

    Да, на Android отдаёт AES-128. Не было времени рыться. Но понял ли господин Zacker, что и как ему делать?

    OK, I was able to download the video with above screenshot from sysanin and youtube-dl.

    See below screenshot. I use Firefox with user agent set to Android. If I didn't set the user agent to Android, I couldn't get the necessary code. The red circles indicate the important settings. The data string in lower right of screenshot is what I copied and used with youtube-dl. Interesting that I was not able to download this video with the usual software that I paid for.
