  1. Hello there, this is David from south America.

I have a satelital receiver hd which records to .mts file format, i can play, rewind, pause, etc but only in the receiver thtat recorded it, when i try to play the file in windows or any operating system, it's totally unplayable.

So how can i know which is the required codec, or how do i unlock the file so i can play it outside?

    this is a test file 19.56mb 1080i

Output from sat unit > recording device > output to tv (Pass through recording)

The content is protected and only viewable on that device only.
