MPC-HC duplicated audio devices

Hi, on my PC I usually play my media through MPC HC with hdmi audio to my TV . But suddenly there wasnt any audio playing and I noted that in the Audio Rendering options where you can change the audio device output there was a duplicate of every audio device, that is 2 speakers, 2 digital output, and 2 hdmi, the thing is that only one works and the wrong one was selected.

Its been a week form that time and every time I start playing something I have to check and select the working audio output.

So any help will be appreciated before I start to uninstalling things.

The usual solution is to use the System Restore function in Windows. It will get your PC back to the state it was in prior to these unwanted changes.
