    I have a DVD+RW that was recorded in a DVD recorder. There was no problem reading it. Then, I wanted to erase (full erase) it with Nero (in 2.4x) but now when I put the DVD+RW in the DVD-Recorder, the disc is won't recognized anymore.

    So now, how can I "reformat" it so the disc can be used in a dvd recorder again ?

    Standalones and PCs use different formatting, format the disc in the standalone if you can.
