How do I ensure VidCoder is using B frames with NVEnc?

I want to have VidCoder use B frames with NVEnc in a GTX 1660 GPU. How do I make certain it's doing that? I searched but Google only turned up old information about Handbrake and other software.

I assume it would be something to put in the more settings area in Video Encoding.

Step through the video using the arrow keys one frame at a time in Vdub2.
You'll see the frame type at the bottom
