Meritline has its own brand disc, (link removed)

it said MCC code, has anyone tried them?

You are in breach of the forum rules and are being issued with a formal warning. Your company disgusts me. Not only are you shilling on the forum, but now you're pushing possibly-fake media. For shame!

MCC...003 is the same media code as Verbatim 8X DVD+R, which are
*very* high quality discs. However, why buy Meritline discs when you
can just walk into a MicroCenter retail store and buy real Verbatim discs
    for the same price?

If you're in a store look for Verbatim Data Life Plus.

    It's $19.50 for 50pack @MicroCenter. But $34.99 for 100pack with free shipping @ Meritline.

I bought 50pack last week. Very good DVDs. Up to 12X with my Pioneer A08.

    Scott,

It seems that the Meritline price *is* exactly the same as the Micro Center
price. BTW, this week BestBuy also has the Verbatim 8X for $20 per 50.

I also have the verbatim mcc003, and they are very high quality. Used about 100 or so and all are great, no read errors, etc.....

Last I saw the 50pk were $20 at BB
