Can anybody recommend which software to buy for bluray authoring, which is capable to add more than one audio track (LPCM stereo, AC-3 5.1), more than one subtitle (srt files) and which is also capable to create my own menu (background picture, title menu, chapter menu and set-up menu)? I use both platform - Windows and OSX.
I'll be grateful for any recommendation.

i use blu-disc studio for windows. don't know if there is a mac version.

Have a look at TMPGenc Authoring Works. If I were starting from scratch today that's what I would get. (I use Encore which is on its last legs.)
