    I am trying to open a Huffyuv AVI in VirtualDub but it won't open and I get a crash. The screen mentions "out of bound memory" or something.

    Any idea how I can fix this please?

    I have to be honest and say Ive not dealt with ffdshow before. What do I need to do, what is it?

    huffyuv only works in rgb24 so pick this color depth in virtualdub mod (video>color depth) otherwise u'll get crashes and some other exotic things

    Well Ive got it fixed now (and I dont know how, or what was wrong initially), but if it happens again I will be sure to try this. Premiere Pro was crashing too, as well as Explorer if I opened a folder containing the Huffyuv AVIs. Very odd...
