Pardon me if this is the wrong forum for this question, but since I think it's a media problem, this seemed the best choice.
I recently got some Ritek DVD+RWs to use for copying programs from my cable DVR. The programs I am copying are mainly broadcast (Fox, ABC, etc.) TV programs. No premiums movie channels. I've successfully copied these programs using both Sony and Imation DVD+RWs. When I formatted and tried to copy using the Ritek disk, I got the message that the progam was copy-protected. I immediately put in a Sony disc and tried to copy the exact some program from my DVR and it worked perfectly, so the problem seems to be the Ritek discs. Has anyone else encountered this problem with this brand and is there anything I can do about it?
I am using an LG set-top DVD recorder.
Thanks-
