oh yea???
what does that say about me? -
I assumed you where the actor that played the Battlestar Galactica. Due to the fact that playing a toy sized battlestar is undoubtedly hard on ones spine, you decided to take up chiropractery (not even close to being a word) so you could heal your extensive acting injuries. See, it all makes sense in the end.
If it isn't broken, take it apart and find out why.

I FINALLY just got a reply back from the author [emailed the 1st day it came out] and he/she told me that it indeed DOES remove RCE protection on DVD discs .........

I tried v1.0.3. Fast DVD Copy either works for you or doesn't. There doesn't seem to be an inbetween.
It really is more of a beta product.
v1.0.1 worked for me but didn't playback in all DVD players and occasionally skipped but was fine if I backed up to the part missed.
v1.0.2 doesn't skip forward as much and works in both my DVD players but it has really bad artifacts and sound glitches.
v1.0.3 works in every DVD player I have been able to try (even my neighbors) but has sound glitches and some freezing.
It seems like they get one thing fixed and screw up others. -
FastDVDCopy is now up to version 1.0.4 http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macos/22793
I am trying my first burn with it now. I know most of you guys have given up on it but I am still hoping. I back up a lot of my son's childrens DVDs. Finding the time to sit down and make a copy every time he scratches one is hard. An app that can do it all in one motion while I am at the grocery or playing outside with him would make that a lot easier.
