What's the difference between the codecs/settings of these video files?

I am posting the media info of 4 file types using the MediaInfo app.

First two of these files work on my LG TV (WebOS based) using the direct USB connect method, but the other 2 despite having seemingly same codecs do not work and I get the error 'File not recognized' instead of a file format or codec error.

Can anyone proficient with video coding figure out what's the exact difference in the codecs/settings between the 2 sets of files which prevents the second set of video files from even being recognised on my LG TV?

Try to remux sample2NOTworking.mkv with mkvtoolnix.
This two values seems to be missing:
Maximum Content Light Level
Maximum Frame-Average Light
