I've read somewhere blending artefact can be minimised by adding artificial motion blur. Gotta check out if that is actually correct

Your home video has all that motion blur? I think you're out of luck, but it doesn't look that when played back at normal speed

Typical camera shake is not necessarily the same as the motion blur you uploaded.
I don't think you're going to get any other (Avisynth) suggestions unless you upload a sample

Nevermind this post, after hours of searching old harddrives, I managed to find original interlaced camcorder files.
