I have a video that the fps drops some times, apparently because of buffering during download. Is there a way to locate the exact times this happens. For example, a software that shows a wave form of a video?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
