Shacking / Jitter ? (Commercial VHS)

To access the "AV-in NR" selection for my Pana DMR-EH50, I have to press the DISPLAY/B key on the Remote. Then it's in the Video Tab.

About "AV-in NR", I don't see it. I attached a picture of this menu, it's all grey.

Is AV-in NR not located in the Video/Picture tab for you?

Edit: OK, I just realized you probably cannot access the upper tabs in this menu.
Try what happens if there is a signal in the background, or try playing a DVD, that might unlock it.

No I can't set the ES10 to SECAM : it's PAL or NTSC.

What happens if you set it to PAL and then input SECAM from your VCR?

I played a dvd, the setting by default is OFF.

If I use a SECAM tape in the VCR, the dvd player is set on PAL. I have colors. It's almost perfect.
But I have a kind of "grey" smoke/filter on the picture so I need to use a filter to correct it.

Oh well, that is a different setting (I did not even know it exists). It is only for playback of DVDs.
So it seems, for some reason, there really must an input signal present to be able to access this menu (no gray background). The input signal noise reduction setting is definitely called "AV-in NR".

Levels correction is not a big issue, in my experience pretty much all captures need at least minor adjustments.
