Hello everyone!
I'm trying to perform the deinterlace of the videos below, but in the first video all filters that I tried have no effect. In the second video the filters most only worsen the interlace, the only one that almost removed the interlace was the QTGMC, but it seems to have only merged the frames, leaving a ghost of the previous frame visible.
The second video has a framerate variable up to 50fps, I had never seen a video interlaced with variable framerate, I think something must be done differently to deinterlacing this one. The first video i really dont know why there is no effect.
(The two videos are remux of German blu ray, one of the videos is of volume 1 and the other of volume 10)
Some filters I have tried:
tfm(order=1).tdecimate(mode=1, hybrid=0)
Yadif(order=1, mode=0) # I tried modes 0-3
Telecide(guide=3,post=0,show=false).decimate() # I tried guides 0-3
QTGMC(preset="slow", matchpreset="slow", matchpreset2="slow", sourcematch=3)
QTGMC(edimode="EEDI3+NNEDI3", preset="Fast")
srestore(23.976)

Edit: I forgot to mention, I also tried VIVTC.VFM and Vinverse on Vapoursynth, but both did not work. I do not know how to use Vapour properly, so I used the default setting.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Your samples are not original "BluRay".
mkv can't be used for BluRay.
Variable frame rate can't be used for BluRay.
50fps can't be used for 1920x1080 BluRay.Last edited by LMotlow; 12th May 2018 at 17:34.

This is a German bluray and the both videos are a direct cut from the .m2ts file. I'm trying to work with this because I believe the first episodes should be better than the DVD.
This is the bluray: https:// goo. gl /kLbKnz
Here is a link for the full video in m2ts format: https://mega.nz/#F!kiQX3CgR!rcafrwXieJOnhNtKMIHXjgLast edited by danfgtn; 1st Feb 2020 at 11:52.

Yuck. The first one is poorly upscaled SD. It was done some without deinterlacing first. And before it was upscaled it was frame rate converted with blending. There's no hope. Throw it away. And there's no way it's from a blu-ray release.
The second video was also frame rate converted with blending but it was also sharpened while interlaced -- causing additional ghost like artifacts. You can partially undo that with a Blur(0.1). Try something like:
Code:LWLibavVideoSource("Shippuden 02.mkv") Blur(0.1) Yadif(mode=1) # or QTGMC() SRestore()
