    i modified the mpd so i can download the video
    i downloaded it by these changes : https://siasky.net/AADg2WQINyv5n8D2RdFpTSBLd00gxPQRfWqbggVLcbhdOg

    there are keys in that mpd file
    <sea:CryptoPeriod keyUriTemplate="https://elvideoservices.keydelivery.southeastasia.media.az ure.net/?kid=c058eb18-3487-48a5-a20a-8ce910013623" IV="0xBBC0CCFB17EDC9BAC962E52CFF7B4EC0"/>
    which decodes to: 981835617829B3DF9C069FAA257B3067

    the files i downloaded doesnt have any protection and wont play.

    It's probably easier to use that key by starting with the hls manifest instead of dash.

    Checked it with hls, and it works. If you really must use dash, I can try to figure out how to make it work.

    But it is just easier with hls.

    Because aes 128-bit cbc encryption isn't deployed so much in the real world with dash. Search:

    dash:sea:aes128-cbc:2013
    and you'll see use case implementation problems. I don't think that there are many out-of-the-box solutions using it other than the azure media player:
